He doesn't take it personally and waits until Argos is apparently satisfied with the current threat assessment. Aegis himself clearly isn't very worried about it. Wouldn't be the first time he's taken a surprise hit from some little straggler who got lucky hiding behind a piece of rock. He takes a certain assurance in knowing that anything big enough to really put him in danger generally made enough of a spectacle that it would be hard to miss.
